Kosovo was ranked third in the end, while Albania was ranked seventeenth in the end.
PISA measured students in science, mathematics, and reading, writes Periscope.
This test has also measured the enthusiasm of teachers.
The teacher's enthusiasm chapter examines the differences between states and economies in the enthusiasm of teachers, and how this changes according to students and school characteristics. It also deals with how teacher enthusiasm relates to student performance, discipline, and student motivation. ” ) type in PISA description.
It further states that the emphasis on such measurements comes to the satisfaction that teachers receive in giving classes or teaching in general.
What is surprising in this part is exactly the result of Albania and Kosovo, which does not seem to be the surprised line.
Albania is first convinced, as you can see on the following table while Kosovo is in second place.

Students have seen a lack of enthusiasm, especially among their teachers in Norway, Qatar, Georgia, Uruguay, Switzerland, Portugal, and Denmark, among other things.
Clearly, though, the enthusiasm that students see in their teachers has not contributed to better results. /Periscope
