Albania: Building restoration begins, engineers show how it is being intervened

“We have removed the existing concrete to see the status of the bars if they are damaged or in a normal position to recreate a column repair. It has been confirmed that the bars are not warped, but have corruption. The metal supporting columns will be placed only in those structures and columns where there has been problems, not in other columns where concrete may have simply broken off. But it will, however, be the contractors to decide further on these interventions.
