Unconstructed statements and aggressive actions of the “authorities of Belgrade's” frustrated with so-called gratitude of the Republic of Kosovo and the obstacles to our delegations' travel are speculations and part of the campaign more to satisfy the internal opinion in Serbia than the true description of today's reality in international relations.
