The L Brands company officially announced that this weekend we will not see angels in the desert, four months after the model Chanina Shaik gave the sad news.

The decision is part of a move to “volve the company's message” and it appears the show is on its way to becoming a relic of the past.

The company is leaving extravagant marketing methods, as sales at Victoria's Secret continue to decline.

Sales have dropped 7 percent in the last quarter by 2 percent in the same period last year.
