Are you the person you prefer to wake up in the morning? If not, then we have bad news for you: two related polls with each other have found that people who wake up early have higher levels of productivity, higher wages and better quality of life than those who wake up later.
And not only the early awakes, but the very early awakes.
The Amerisleep company has received 510 early awakes (mostly between 4:00 and 7:00) and 506 who wake up later (mostly between 8: 00 p.m. and 12:00) to find out how sleeptime affects everything from mood to salary.
The poll has also divided the results according to generations to see how the routine of sleep differs depending on the demographics of age.
Thus, the results have shown that people who prefer to wake up very early, so at four o'clock report feeling very productive at 71 percent of the time.
Meanwhile, those who prefer to wake up at 11: 00 a.m. report that they feel productive only at 36 percent of the time.
In addition, early waking people have about $4,725 a year, about 15,000 more a year than those who wake up late in the year.
And people who wake up at 4:00 or 5:00 make more money (about $49,000).
At least they win those who wake up late, with only $2,689 on average.
Early wake - up also affects happiness and quality of life.
