The Supreme Court has rejected the complaint of the three members of LVV, Enver Haliti, Arta Bajralia and Alban Hyseni, against the decision by the Electoral Panel for Ances and Parashtesa, which ordered the Central Election Commission to remove from the final outcome of about 3 thousand votes coming from Serbia. Callo. com finds that the Supreme Court of Kosovo has decided that over 3100 votes coming from Serbia are not part of the final election outcome.
While sources with the Supreme Court have confirmed that Nenad Rassic's complaint on the same votes has been assessed as ineffable.
