In votes coming from Serbia, which were declared invalid in a PZAP decision Monday, even voters who no longer live are found.
Zorka Niksic, a woman from Serbia who in the past had a voting right in Kosovo but who passed away in 2018, has figured as voters in the 6 October parliamentary elections.

According to a statement for the dead, it turns out that Zorka Niksic has passed away on November 9th of last year.

And on the list of voters from outside Kosovo in recent elections, the name of Dobrivoje Ivanovic, a former Serbian citizen from Kosovo who passed away in 2002.
Dobrivoje Ivanovic's death was written on October 9th by Miki Ivanovic, his son. He said he expected his father to result on the voter list from abroad.

“[...] and unfortunately V Our DECENT (by all means my father, Dobrivoje 1940, 2002, I've been waiting for him, I've got the electoral list as a document, not to turn out that I'm writing nonsense, they couldn't come because there was no organized transport, but even the gypsevices were missing, said Comrade Ivanovic on a Facebook note.

Although nearly all votes coming from Serbia for the 6 October elections met the Serbian List, this subject has not complained to the Supreme Court following the annulment of these votes from the Electoral Panel for Anxiety and Parashta (PZAP).
The complaint to the Supreme Court has been handed over by three candidates of the Vetevendosje Movement for MPs: Alban Hyseni, Arta Bayralija and Enver Haliti.
Vetevendosje's three deputies, following PZAP's decision to annul votes from Serbia, handed over the complaint to annul the PZAP decision with the reasoning that they have come to the defense of “their right as elected deputies”.
