So some residents since the first day of the earthquake struck are sleeping in their cars, while others have found refuge in the homes of their family in other Albanian cities that have not been affected by the quake, Klen Kosova reports.
One of the residents has told Kosovo Clan that this is the only immediate solution.
Four nights' time we're inside cars because our dwellings are insecure. We are in expectation of a certain group that controls the palace to get the verdict on whether or not it is habitable.
All the neighborhood residents are in cars or their relatives. Right now we've seen fit to stay here. Today, we've lost a little bit of fear because there's been quite a stir until last night, and today it's been a bit of adjourned.
In Durres close to 176 buildings have been damaged by the earthquake.
