Teams are divided into six groups of four teams, but there is already a group that has a logistical basis for 3 of them expected to learn only the fourth name.
Thus, geographical circumstances such as the predestination on which countries will be played the matches of several teams that are hosting the tournament and have made stadiums available, have Group B now known the rivals to Belgium, Russia and Denmark to be part of it.
While depending on the lots and possible names that qualify from play-off, Finland is expected to be the fourth name. Between Russia and Denmark, there will be lots to determine which team will be host to all three matches in its field.
For geographical reasons, it seems predetermined that now even in case of qualifications, Kosovo will end up in Italy's group, but confirmation will come from W EFA.
In theory, in case of qualifications, Kosovo would play the duel against Italy in Rome, while the other two matches in Baku in Azerbaijan.
Everything seems very complicated, and only November 30th will somehow clarify the mess that development has created with an unusual formula that is difficult to repeat the tournament.
