PZAP: The number of complaints by parties and candidates arrives in 100

PZAP Secretariat Chief Mul Descu told Kosovas that 100 complaints have been filed so far.
Cut off the Independent Liberal Party (SLS) with a total of 42 complaints, while the second complaint number ranks the Democratic League of Kosovo with a total of 23 complaints.
“So far have surrendered to PZAP or political subjects, their candidates have delivered a total of 100 complaints. SLS has mostly filed complaints 42, the Democratic League has handed over 23, the Democratic Party has handed in 12 complaints, the coalition NISMA-AKR-PD has handed in six complaints, the Vetevendosje Movement 5 complaints to another Serbian PKS party has handed in 4 complaints, and several small parties with two or a” complaint, Descu said.
Descu said that mainly the nature of complaints is linked to incompatible results, until he said the candidates lead from the number of complaints.
“specifically object to election results not complying with results lack of votes, mainly that is the nature of complaints... There are subjects, but there are also candidates in the SLS, for example, all complaints 42 are from the subject itself, and the Initiative also has subjects and candidates, the rest of us can say it's for candidates”, he said.
Secretary The PZAP for Kosovo said the Electoral Panel has been 72 hours to give answers to the complaining parties.
Following the PZAP decision, political subjects who are again dissatisfied have the right to file complaints at the Supreme Court within 24 hours.
“Panelli is obliged to review, decide and make decisions within 72 hours and to announce the parties. To respond to the parties within 72 hours, while against PZAP decisions anyone who is disappointed could object to those decisions at the Supreme Court within 24 hours”, Descu said.
We remember that during yesterday's Central Election Commission has published the final results of the October 6th early parliamentary elections, where the Vetevendosje Movement led a total of 220 thousand and 811 votes, or expressed by 26.59 per cent, the Democratic League of Kosovo has won 206 thousand and 458 votes, or 24.458 per cent, the Democratic Party of Kosovo has 178 thousand and 645 per cent, or 21.163 per cent, AAK- The PSD has received 96 thousand of 883 votes, or 11.477 per cent, the Serbian List 57 thousand 15 votes, or 6,754 per cent, the Social Democrat Initiative- New Kosovo- Party of Justice has 42 thousand and 72 votes, or 4.984 per cent.
