The Court of Appeals, sentenced the MP to 1 year and 3 months in prison from the Ashkananly Party for Integration(PAI), Etem Arifi, for misusing the 27 thousand-euro subsidies of the Ministry of Labour and Social Management.
The other accused in this case Bajram Gashi, who was a member of the party, has also been sentenced to 1 year's source, writes Insander.

This money, according to the prosecution, was not used for the purposes it was given, but was adopted by Arifi and Gashi for other people.
According to the Court of Appeals, the accused have been charged with making up for the Ministry of Labour and Social Management (MPMS) to compensate for 22.900 euros, as well as the Office for Communities in the prime minister amount of 2,749 euros in a three-month term.
In that decision, the sentence for the two accused will begin to be executed in the days ahead.
We remember that, Etem Arifi in the recent parliamentary elections held on October 6th, has managed to secure enough votes to be part of the seventh bill.
Insander tried to get a statement from Arifi, but his phone was closed. While Bajram Gashi has indicated to Insider that he has accepted Apel's decision and that he is willing to go to prison to serve his sentence.
