Political parties, MP candidates who have filed complaints at PZAP

The electoral panel for Ances and Parashtres has made decisions today over the complaints of political subjects and MPs after announcing the final results of the October 06th 2019 elections. Different in PZAP decision A386-2019 complaints filed by political subjects and MP candidates have been disclosed.
The decision says that PZAP has generally accepted appeals based on political subject Samostalna Liberalna stdranka (SLS).
And by choice as well P ZAP has generally accepted the appeals submitted by several political subject deputies the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK).
The appeals presented in the PZAP are: by MP candidate Hysni Grguri, MP candidate Adem Saliaj, MP candidate Muharrem Sfarqa, from MP candidate Besa Beqiri Zejrullahu, by MP candidate Xhavit Uka, by voter Agi Kurtaj, by voter Selajdin Kurtaj, from the candidate for deputy Vear Hoti, by MP candidate Florian Dushi, writes Telegra.
PZAP's decision reportedly even some candidates for Democratic Party of Kosovo MP (PDK) have filed appeals.
These submitted appeals are: from MP candidate Xhevahire Izmaku, the candidate for Kosovo MP Murseli, the candidate for MP Elmi Recica, the candidate for MP Gazmend Bytyqi, and from voter Ervin Shabani.
The PZAP has also accepted appeals from the Vetevendosje Movement deputy candidates (LVV) as from MP candidate Arjeta Rexhepi, from MP candidate Sylejman Meholli, as well as appeals to Anr.484/2019 submitted by political subject Movement Vetevendosje.
PZAP has partially accepted appeals based on appeals submitted by MP Duda Balje from the Vacat Coalition. And so is P. ZAP has partially adhered to appeal submitted by political subject coalition NISMA-AKR-PD, and the political subject Egyptian Liberal Party (PLE).
Unlike this PZAP decision Reasons have also been presented as to why these appeals have been accepted by political subjects and senior candidates.
PZAP emphasises that complaints against this decision are allowed under Article 118 par.4 of the LZP at the Supreme Court of Kosovo within 24 hours, from the moment of its accession.
While, the Central Election Commission has accepted the Election Panel's decisions on Ances and Parases over complaints submitted to the institution in final results announced by the CEC on 7 November.
This has been announced by Valmir Elez, the CEC's spokesman at a news conference.
He said the Central Election Commission will act in accordance with decisions that impose this institution.
