Day one through the third day: 20 seconds through the plan.
Day four: 30 seconds.
Day five: 40 seconds.
Day 6th rest.
From 7th and 8th day: 45 seconds.
9th to 11th day: 60 seconds.
On the 12th day: 90 seconds.
14th day to 16th day: 90 seconds.
Day 16 through 18th: 150 seconds.
Day 20 to 23rd: 150 seconds.
Day 23 through 24th: 180 seconds.
From 26th to 27th day: 240 seconds.
From the 28th day: until you fall.
Planck can be included in your daily exercises, but if you just want to do plan, do it from the above.
