Periscopi has prepared a list of five candidates who broke expectations and achieved surprising results. This list is based on the CEC's final results, after which political subjects and parliamentary candidates have 24 hours to file complaints.
1. Mimoza Kusari Lila 22 thousand 553 votes
Former Trade and Industry Minister in Thaci Centre II managed to get 22 thousand and 553 votes within Vetevendosje Movement. We consider this to be the most unexpected result of Mrs. Albulen Haxhiu or Mr. Glauk Konjufca before her.
Given that Ms. Kusari Lila was part of the alternative within the LDK list, then was a candidate for prime minister from the AKR and worked in PDK-run governments, Thaci II and Rexhepi I, this result baffles.
However, Kusari Lila had received 20 thousand and 550 votes as part of the LDK list.
2. Eliza Hoxha most voted woman in PDK
Renowned singer and artist Eliza Hoxha surprised everyone when she became part of the Democratic Party of Kosovo. [Getty Images] PDK. But she raised the surprise even more when she ran for deputy number 3 on the list.
And it seems that the good order from the party has influenced her to be the most voted woman in the PDK by 9 thousand and 303 votes.
However, it is noteworthy that from this political subject, the 15 most voted MPs are all men, writes Periscope.
3. Jasmine Dediq Kosovo Serbs most voted
Jasmina Dedzic turned out to be the most voted politician from the Serbian List with 19 thousand and 703 votes. She left behind all other politicians, some of whom are well known to the Kosovo public.
Igor Simay carrying number 1 turned out to be the fourth most voted in, while Slavko Symun came out 10th.
4. Vjosa Osmani 176,88 votes
LDK candidate for prime minister, Mrs. Vjosa Osmani managed to win 176 thousand 188 votes, or only 7 thousand votes less than Albin Kurti.
In view of the party's votes, it turns out Mrs. Osmani was more powerful within the LDK than was Albin Kurti within the VV.
And of course, this has not been expected by electors in Kosovo.
5. Marigona Geci 17 thousand 740 votes
Marigona Geci Lala is the second most voted woman in the LDK after Vjosa Osmani and, of course, one of the most voted women in Kosovo. It received 17 thousand and 740 votes, ranking as the eighth most voted party candidate. She is known in opinion as Mr. Gajni Geci.
Periscope has not used the gender criterion in this article, but it turned out that all the great surprises were women. /Periscope
