NISMA reacts to VV in Prizren for employment in education

U.A. 7,2017 articles 13, by the Director of the DKA, made him equal to Mr. Haskuka, who is opposed to the 04/L-032 Pregraduate Education Law, is trying to cancel the regular competition that was held during August.

NISMA Sudialdemocratic ʹ branch in Prizren thinks it is unacceptable and extremely harmful, where Prizren students now lose thousands of hours of instruction for which the responsibilities of this chaos in Prizren's education will soon face the law.

The opening of the DKA competition in Prizren also conflicts with Article 44 and 97 of the O5L-31 General Administratorial Procedure Law, disrespecting the rights of candidates applying for employment. The violations are even greater on the part of the DKA, in this case the failure to respect the Labour Law of 03L-2012, as well as the disrespect of the body's decisions stemming from the 2009/9 Index Law, which is already entitled to the candidates who have been admitted to the August competition in working relations.

The constant legal violations of the Communist Government in Prizren for party employment interests, as happened several days ago at the Social Management Directorate, clearly shows that nothing is different from the government of “Klan PRONTO” That has been for 10 years!

NISMA Social Democratia branch in Prizren encourages employees in the past competition, who have received positive answers from the law- abiding bodies for all these injustices being done on the part of the DKA, and Haskuka, to address the State Prosecutor”, reportedly at the report of the Agency for Information of NISMA Social Democrat Office in Prizren.
