The court makes a decision about the three policemen accompanying Peter Noecan to take the children from their mother
The Gjakova Foundation Court, dated August 15th this year, has ruled that the investigation of three police officers suspected of misusing the official position.
The three police officers had filed criminal charges, allegedly helping suspects Peter Noecaj take children under the care of the late mother Valbona Noecaj, writes.
All these police officers had done without even informing their superiors.
The investigation had begun after Peter Noecaj had killed Valbon Noecan and their minor daughter in the home of her brothers to whom Valbona was sheltered.
The newspaper Insander has secured the decision to drop investigations into Pjetr Pagega, Nistret Prekadin of Lendita Zeka.
Pjetr Pergega, along with Peter Noecaj, went to the home of Valbona Noecaj's brothers after saying that Peter Noecaj had announced that he accepted a text from his daughter, who had asked him to see it.
While the other police officer, Nisret Prekadini, reported before the prosecutor that he had met him at the entrance of the building, and after he had informed him of a text he received from his daughter, the information was conveyed to police officer Peter Preggate.
According to prosecutor Lendita Zeka, she had stated that she had not been aware that her two colleagues, investigative policemen in this case, had gone to the home of Valbona Nocaj's brothers on 21 June 2018.
The court's ruling, which has assured Inseder, says that after witness testimony has been assessed, it has been proven that the alleged policemen have not committed the criminal act they are charged with.
“From the defense of defendants Peter Pagega, Nistre Prekadin and Lendita Zeka, from witness testimony, as well as other material evidence provided during the investigation procedure was unable to prove that defendants have committed criminal work misusing official position or authority”.
We say this because there has been no need for defendants to benefit themselves or the other person or to harm the other person and that there is more to do with their disciplinary responsibility for their actions”, the court ruling says.
Gjakova's foundation court had convicted Payer Ndekaj, condemning him to a unique sentence of 24 years in prison.
