Minister Mustafa blames municipalities for identity theft scandal

Kosovo's acting Minister of Internal Affairs, Ekrem Mustafa, has not claimed responsibility for the theft scandal of Kosovars' identities and the ease the criminal wanted by Interpol has provided with official Kosovo documents.

Mustafa in an answer to Inseyder, has said the Ministry of Internal Affairs has not issued the substates. He has blamed the public office in municipalities for the scandal.
