Today's meeting between Partizan and Lachi will also be an experimental match for the introduction of technology in the Super Theatre. A few days ago, FSHF President Armand Duka said that from the 2021-2022th season, VAR technology will also be used in Superior. At the same time, training has also started for several Albanian referees carrying FIFA's coat of arms to adopt the new system.
“Panorama Sport” has learned that tomorrow in one of the stadium's chambers “Elbasan Arena” will be adjusted to install technology experimentation tools DAR. FIFA referees will be present in this room, which will be monitored by the chiefs of the arbitration sector.
The television company broadcasting Superior is obliged to have additional cameras on this meeting, which will be in the aid of VAR Chamber referees. This will just be a test for the judges who will participate in this first experiment, but not that they will interfere with the main referee, who is in the field.
Analysing the match's moments, referees will be instructed when they have to intervene and announce the main one for VAR assistance. Improving the infrastructure of Albanian stadiums is a positive and accelerated factor in the introduction of technology even in the Superior Catagoria.
