Why not? Ask for a second cup of coffee that is very good, especially after you begin to feel tired during the afternoon.
Studies on coffee and its impacts on our organism are different, as are the results. But the latter is even more optimistic. A new study, published recently, has shown that drinking two to three cups of coffee a day can reduce the risk of death from various complications.

The results of the study, published in “Ciculation”, were based on the data of three major studies that had followed the routine of over 200,000 people for 30 years. Researchers found that people who drank coffee moderately (those who drank less than 5 cups a day) had a lower risk of dying from heart disease, type 2 diabetes, or even suicide. Scientists are not fully sure why coffee seems to be so good for our health, but one theory is that the ingredients in the natural coffee grain reduce insulin resistance and inflammation in the body.

Many other studies are designed to see if these theories prove true, but this one is very good news for all who drink coffee. Previous studies have also found that coffee can also help increase patience, improve memory, and reduce high risk from many diseases. In many of these good things, however, there is also a negative effect on health that should not be overlooked - addiction to caffeine. If you drink your coffee moderately and control your caffeine, then you get all the health benefits of one, two... cups a day.
