The pop queen, who is currently on the Madame X tournament, has been indicted for late at the start of the concert.
In legal documents, provided by the TMZ, a ticket holder in Florida claims he lost money after the time of the start of the Madonna concert was moved in two hours.
Ticket holder Nate Hollander bought tickets to the tournament in August for a show on 17 December in Miami Beach.
Hollander, who has filed the indictment, says it is ridiculous that a evening show begins at 22.30 and also makes his tickets less valuable. He claims he requested a reimbursement for the three tickets he bought, for $1024.95, and has been refused.
Hollander and those on trial are not the only angry fans. Madonna performed in Las Vegas on Thursday, November 7th and was late for two hours to perform, according to Fox5 Las Vegas.
Fans accused the singer and called that they wanted to be repaid when she finally managed to make it.
At her show Friday on November 8th, Madonna spoke of complaints and indictments against her.
Here's something you all need to understand,” she told the audience. And this is that the queen never delayed”, she added.
