Krasniqi for VV: Still without sitting on the governing couch, they're trying to rob citizens' will with smuggled votes.

NISMA chief of the National Council, Jakup Krasniqi, has reacted to Vetevendosje's complaint in the Supreme, following PZAP's decision to cancel Serbia's vote and recount more than 1400 seats.

Krasniqi says PZAP's decisions are based on the Constitution and the Law for Elections.

He writes away that it is frightening when a party still without sitting on the couch of government trying to rob the will of citizens with smuggled votes.

Dear citizens,

The PZAP's recent decisions are decisions based on the Constitutions and the Law on Free and Democratic Elections. In that spirit, without any hesitation is the decision to remove votes smuggled from Serbia. The introduction of those votes in the CEC's system was the anti-legal heads and severely violated the will of Kosovo's free citizens.

With the PZAP ruling, there has been no missing political party that was part of the election race, but has won democracy and the sovereign's free will expressed in the October 6th 2019 free elections.

This democratic and legal victory should be enjoyed by all, and especially should parties that came first in this election. They have a legal obligation to abide by the law and become guardian of law and democracy.
