Kosovar from Switzerland paid 100,000 francs for one murder, sentenced to 15 years in prison

The Peja Court on Thursday, November 21, of this year, after a trial process convicted Bekim R. and sentenced him to 15 years in prison after paying two men in 2012, for the murder of Ferdinand Dji. The deceased was killed in 2014. However, a complaint with the Court of [...]
In a conversation to Express Koci has stated that the Pec Foundation decision will be filed at the Court of Appeals.
According to applicable laws and the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo, my client is still considered innocent. The court in this criminal case has ruled the first degree. We have a complaint even on two steps: the Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court”, the Koci attorney has declared.
He has expressed conviction that his request will be approved that and his client's case will turn into retrial.
“during the trial review there have been major procedural and material violations. Moreover, repeated defence proposals for extracting key evidence have been rejected by the Court. No loan evidence charges my client. No”, clear the lawyer.
Koci also believes that the bias of this subject is based on the testimony of a person who has once been sentenced to 18 years.
“The same, now in the quality of co-accused, changes the whole evidence by involving my client. For this, of course, he is now enjoying opportunities. His testimony attempts without success to support the collaborative witness. I'm afraid there's been no major match between the defenders he's been given, and the testimony of a collaborative witness. There are many legal and procedural violations in this act of first degree, and I'm very curious how the court will reason. Simply, this process has happened to the thriller: lying, blaming and speculating”, Koci says.
He has expressed his conviction that the Court of Appeals will take on the basis of a plea to the case, as well as the case will be turned into retrial.
And in the meantime, during today, the Swiss newspaper Blickk writes that the extradition of Swiss convicts to Kosovo was difficult.
The request for his extradition had come on June 2nd, while the arrest occurred on June 28th.
But what had happened until the murder?
After a failed agreement between B.R. and the late, relations between the two partners escalated. Bekim. R was beaten in Kosovo and pledged revenge.
On June 23, 2014, Ferdinand Jean was killed by two brothers A. Sinanaj and M. Sinanana, who were paid 100,000 francs to carry out the murder.
According to the Swiss media, B.R. had attempted to corrupt the judges, but his efforts were failed.
