Syria has said that two civilians died and that Syrian air defence managed to dismiss most of the missiles over Damascus. Other reports say the death toll was higher, the BBC writes, translates Periscopi.
Local reports say noisy explosions were heard in the capital.
On Tuesday morning, the Israeli Army said it had seized four Syrian-hit rockets in the direction of northern Israel. It said the missiles had not hit the ground.
Israel has staged hundreds of missile attacks in Syria since the beginning of the civil war in 2011, trying to prevent what it calls Iran's military trench in that country. /Periscope
