Since 1995, he has held the post of secretary and adviser to the Central Association of Agricultural Lands Appreciaters in the United Kingdom. The CAAV Association has its largest membership and is very active in representation, information, and qualifications of agricultural assessments throughout the vast range of work they undertake.
Z Moody has a very long experience in agricultural rent issues, land occupation issues, taxation, assessment and telecommunications, ties with the government at all levels, and writing extensively about policy and professional practice. It is also involved in building the legal base for agriculture and currently in the Brex process.
Jeremy Moody brings to Kosovo his experience in training organised by the Institute for Studies and Two-Modular Property Values: 1. The assessment of agricultural land and 2. The assessment of agricultural farms.
In Kosovo the exploited area of agricultural land was 418 581,76 hectares, and a total of arable land - 188 359.07 ha), much of it is of cereals 1238,20 ha (65.8). Forger plants with 36208,81, ha (19.2%); vegetables (in open fields, in greenhouses and gardens) are 289,06 ha, of which open fields are 8,8, and 276.37; 44, ha.
