“I should be allowed to make my account in Instagrams like Sharon Stone, or any other verified profile, but the reality is that if I do such a thing they're going to erase me,” said Alana Evans, president of the Association of Film Actors to Endure, and one of the main voices in the battle to stay on the platform in question.
Mrs. Evans' group has collected a list of over a thousand and 300 performers who claim their accounts have been erased from the Instagram modifiers for breaking community standards, despite not showing any nudo photos or having anything to do with sex, the BBC writes.
“They are making discrimination against us because they don't like what we do to live,” said Mrs. Evans.

This campaign organised a meeting with Instagram representatives in June. During the summer, however, the meetings stopped and the accounts in question continued to be hidden without any explanation.
Evans was deeply affected when the porn account Jessica Jaymes disappeared after her death in September.
The technological revolution that has transformed the pornography industry has opened new channels and enabled porn stars and sex workers to operate independently, using camera sites and other services. Most of them use the Instagram to promote themselves and their lungs.
Facebook spokesman, the company that even owns the Instagram, told the BBC: “with such a divers global community, we need to establish rules about nudity and sexual attraction to ensure that content is appropriate for everyone, especially for young people. ” /Periscope
