True to PZAP's decision to cancel Serbia's votes, the Supreme Court has guaranteed the coalition the Initiative AKR DPA to become part of the Kosovo Assembly.
Therefore, eventually Vetevendosje will have 29 deputies, the LDK 28 deputies, PDK 24 deputies, The AAK-PSD 13 deputies and the AKR Initiative AKR 6 deputies, which will also change the nature of calculations for the future ruling coalition, writes the newspaper “Zer” today.
The Supreme Court has rejected the appeal of three candidates for the Vetvendosje Movement, Enver Halit, Arta Bayralija and Alban Hysenii, to the decision of the Election Panel for Ances and Parashtesa, which ordered the Central Election Commission to do away with the final outcome of over 3 thousand votes coming from Serbia.
The removal of these votes from the CEC's announced outcome on November 7th allows the coalition Initiative AKR DP to pass the 5 per cent threshold and become part of the Kosovo Assembly. According to current results following this decision, the Vetevendosje Movement will be represented by 29 deputies in the Kosovo Parliament, the Democratic League of Kosovo with 28 MPs, the Kosovo Democratic Party with 24 MPs, the AAK coalition. The PSD with 13 deputies, while the coalition Initiative AKR HINA DP will have 6 deputies in the seventh legislature.
