The Huawei company will pay $2 billion, or about 260m euros, employees helping the company find alternative products that will help overcome the obstacle imposed by the US president, Trump.

The Chinese company was included in the black American trade list in May, making it difficult to purchase products and services from American companies.

The reward is for employees working to minimize negative impact by finding alternative solutions from those sold by American companies.

The main recipient of the reward will be employees in the research and development sector, such as Hilicon, who are responsible for developing new chips or the team developing Huawei's operational systems, different from Google's.

Aside from the reward, each Huawei employee will receive twice the normal salary, as an assessment of efforts made for the company.
