According to researchers, tea consumption improves heart health and reduces the risk of coronary disease.
At the same time, coffee consumption is linked to lowering risk of heart disease.
A study in the Netherlands has examined how the consumption of tea and coffee affects heart disease.
To come to their conclusion, they have analyzed 37,514 participants for 13 years.
Thus, they have found that consuming three to six cups of tea a day reduces the risk of heart disease by 45 percent.
Consumerizing more than 6 cups of tea a day is related to reducing the risk of heart disease by 36%.
As for coffee, consumption of two to four coffees a day reduces the risk of heart disease by 20% compared to those who drink less than four coffees.
