Google's search engine has decided to make a big difference thanks to Artificial Intelligence.
The company has begun testing software B ERT, which will be able to analyze a word about all other words present in a sentence so that there is a greater understanding of the context in which it is translated.
Basically. B ERT will interpret user research in a less literal way by favouring the general meaning of a sentence, the authors point out.
The new system will initially be available in English and only in the US.
It's the biggest step in the last five years and one of the stories in the field of research”, explains Pandu Nayakão, deputy chairman of Google Search, in a post.
