But the real surprise was to avenge Galaxy S10, even twice. The event, known as Pawn, started for the first time in 2007 and is already organised twice a year.

Revenge teams are made up of some of the most popular security researchers, or, as are otherwise known, the white <x0-capels”. Their objective is to compromise different equipment and technologies in a competition across from each other.

They must take full control of a device and demonstrate their will on them from extracting data to installing masons.

In Tokyo, activity organised by Zero Day Initiative and hackers won a total of $335 for 18 problems of “zero-day <x1) security. These revealed problems are reported to the equipment manufacturers, who have 90 days to address before becoming public.

The Flouroacette team consisting of researchers Richard Zhu and Amat Cama was the most successful. They hacked a Tesla Model 3, Apple Safar, Microsoft Edge and Mozilla Firefox.

The activity placed great emphasis on retaliating fingerprint scanners, and Galaxy S10 could not escape. The Flouroacette hackers were never taken with the scanner, but they used a bass modem where Galaxy S10 was connected to installing mountains on it and therefore won $50,000 for this discovery.

But the team in question did not end here. Using a problem in Javascript, they managed to avoid the security measure “andbox” designed to isolate different app processes. They used this problem through the NFC network.

Samsung did not comment on the findings of hackers, but has 90 days to address revealed problems.
