It was reported by the LDK itself that their candidate had received 162 thousand votes. Or about 20,000 more than Albin Kurti in the 2017 elections. But it turns out it has received 14 thousand more in total, or 176 thousand votes in total.
Kurti on the other side has also broken his record by 183 thousand and 868 votes won. The difference between the two candidates is only 7,000 change, writes Periscope.
Vetevendosje activists had repeatedly said that the gap between the two candidates was around 20,000 votes, but the CEC's final results did not realise such a expectation.

The LDK has never had a candidate for prime minister more voted than Mrs. Osmani Sadriu.
Whether this surprise will have any impact on negotiations between the two parties to form the government coalition is unknown. /Periscope
