The decision was made by Tirana University Rector Mynyr Koni, who through a press release has notified all students that attending studies in Tirana will begin on December 10th.
“No joke on Tirana University Rector's order! Following Order No. The 21, 26.11.2019, following with much concern and much attention the current situation, too psychologically burdened, until its calming down and ensuring technical safety of the educational and wider environments in the quality of the Tirana University Rector, I order suspension of the teaching process by December 6, 2019.,” says at the Tirana University announcement.
This decision comes after the psychological companion the country is going through after successive earthquake shocks. From Tuesday's (November 26th) strike, with a 6.4 magnitude of the Richter scale destroyed many houses, causing 49 victims, 900 injured and thousands homeless.
