Last year, 115 million images were erased from social networks because of cyberattacks on the Internet, against people they judge for their appearance.
The company “Rimmel London” believes that everyone should be able to express themselves without fear and self, without fear of judgment, criticism or shame. That's why they've ordered a global study to investigate the problem, cooperating with the “Foundation. Cybersmile”, in order to spread consciousness by standing in front of the beauty on the Internet.
Part of this campaign is the world-renowned Albanian artist Rita Ora, who has contracted with the company “Rimmel” for many years.
We really just want to illuminate the fact that cyber attacks are not right. I think it's amazing that I have the opportunity to shoot with people who have such special personalities and sense of individuality. This is something that has always been a big part of my career so far”, Rita Ora said.
Rita's music does not make her immune to online beauty, and she has experienced many of it since her rise in fame.
But its advice is simple: Do not change who you are. Because after you change who you are, you lose what you are.
And it's very hard to get back from this. She thinks it's one of the most important campaigns she's ever worked on, and hopes you can join her in taking a stand against lullism, on people they call as bad on social networks.
