Der Leey answers to Macron: NATO an extraordinary institution

European Commission President-elect Ursula von der Leyen stressed today that NATO was an extraordinary institution following the criticism of French President Emmanuel Macron, who tried the Atlantic Alliance in a state of “cerebral death”. “
