The case “Monstra” deals with the five-fold murder near Smilkova Lake, conducted on 12 April 2012, where young Kire Trickovski, Filip Slavkovski, Cvetanco Ackovski, Aleksandar Naqevski and fisherman Borce Stefanovski were sentenced to life in procedure Alil Demiri, Andrem and Agim Ismailovic, Ezim and Haki Asyri, and Sami Luta. The Supreme Court in December last year withdrew the rulings and freed convicts Agim Ismaillovic, Haki Ashir, Sami Luta and Feyzi Ashir from custody and assigned measures of care. For the court, Alil Demiri and Africa Ismaillovovic, for whom international warrants have been announced, are still elusive.
