He, through a tweet, has said he is happy that the Constitution has rejected the complaint in the sensitive subject of war crimes.
According to him, it is a good sign of judicial institutions, for their maturity and resistance to political intimidation.
THE” happy to see the Constitutional decision rejecting the complaint affecting a major war crimes case. This is a welcome sign of the maturity of judicial institutions, as well as resistance to political intimidation”.
Zeqir Demaku, Jarhir Demaku, Fadil Demaku, Nedzad Demaku, Isni Thaci, Bashkim, Demaj, Selman Demaj, Driton Demaj and Agim Demaj had filed a complaint with the Constitutional Court of the Supreme Court of Kosovo, which, according to them, violated the rights of equality before the law and the right to fair and impartial judgment.
Glad to see the unanimous Constitution Court running out of the current understanding of a major war crime case because of a foreign measure of critical institutions & rehabilitation to political investment. ♪Rule OffLaw InKosovo Pic.twitter. com/ JWE6FAerX
