And do not file complaints by political subjects for this process pave the way for publishing final results of the October 6th early parliamentary elections.
The head of the Electoral Panel for Anxiety and Parastance Secretariat, Mul Descu for Kosovo Press, has declared that they have rejected no complaints from political subjects regarding the results of the diaspora ballot package that were counted last night following the adoption of Vetevendosje Movement's complaint by the Supreme Court.
No complaints were filed by political subjects concerning the results communicated last night by the count of 1806 papers coming from the diaspora. We hope that tomorrow the final results of the 6 October” elections will be made known, Descu said.
Even by the Supreme Court, they have indicated via email to Kosovo Prees, that so far they have not accepted further complaints concerning the process of counting parliamentary elections.
“The LVV, for which by the date of 05.11.2019 the Supreme Court has issued a ruling, until the moment of drafting this response, we have not received another complaint regarding the counting process of parliamentary elections”, the Supreme Paper said.
And at the Central Election Commission, Kosova Preess has told him he will announce the final results during Thursday, unless there will be complaints within 24 hours of PZAP concerning counting management at the Counting Centre and Results.
So said KosovoPress, CEC spokesman Valmir Elezi, under which the Central Election Commission will act in line with the law on general elections concerning announcing final results.
The legislation on general elections allows the possibility to file a complaint within 24 hours in PZAP concerning counting management at the Counting Centre and Results. Therefore, knowing that on Tuesday around midnight the ballot counting process has been completed under the Supreme Court's ruling, the CEC is obliged to observe this legal deadline. As we have informed you, the CEC will communicate with relevant institutions to receive confirmation that there are no issues in the investigation and then can declare the final results of these elections. If there are no complaints within this deadline, the Central Election Commission will announce final results during Thursday's”, he has said.
Days earlier, the CEC had not prosecuted for voting in the CNR these ballot packages, while the Vetevendosje Movement had initially complained to the PZAP, which had deemed the complaint unsubstantiated.
For this reason, this party has submitted the next complaint to the Supreme Court yesterday, which made a decision to count 1806 packages with transplants.
