At the Counting and Results Centre so far, 43 percent of the deployments, which, under the decision of the Election Panel for Anxiety and Parastance, were ordered to go back to the recount.
QNR co-ordinator Burim Ahmtaj has also denied allegations of manipulation cast by political analysts following the decision to recount only 1428 deployments from 1472 that the decision was made by PZAP.
In the beginning, Ahmetaj for Kosova Prees has said that 605 seats have been recounted by this afternoon.
According to him, it takes another 7 to 8 days to complete the recounting process of 1428 deployments.
So far, as we're talking about, 605 locations are being re-counted at percentage rate are 43 percent of the locations. During the day of the first re-counting day, we've got recounting and the second change is going to continue because we have progress in terms of the recount process... as long as we're on the sixth day, and during the entire day we're going to have a recount process by the end of the day we're going to be able to get closer to 47 percent, consider that the rest of the rest of us can end up at the same time as in this first half of the country. It will take at least 7 days or 8 to complete this process”, Ahmetaj said.
Ahmetaj said the QNR has enough capacity to complete with the pre-counting process.
Linked to the polls that PZAP's decision initially decided to recount 1472 seats and then said only 1428 of them will be recounted, suspicions of PZAP manipulation are throwing political analyst Ramush Tahiri.
According to him, PZAP's decision should operate responsible institutions.
The correction I saw from PZAP is questionable and should operate institutions because it says some of these locations have only been recounted. Then the question is, by what right did you estimate that they should be recounted, where you found the mistake if they were recounted. Also, some wrote the number incorrectly and do not exist as such to leave for doubt on some kind of PZAP manipulation on these issues, while reducing the number would cause discontent and complaint”, Tahiri said.
Linked to this issue has been explained by QNR co-ordinator Burim Ahmetaj, under whom the Election Panel's decision on Ances and Parashta has no place for doubt.
I can't say it's the suspicious decision on the list he's secured. P The ZAP finds 1470 seats, but the results centre after the comparison in the number of deployments that are official to be approved by the CEC results in that 38 locations have been scored twice, we have duplication of the deployments, probably not because of PZAP, but also because of the complainers, 18 deployments have been recounted with the CEC decision and 6voting have been unclear”, Ahmetaj said.
We remember that after complaints of political subjects accepted by PZAP after publishing the CEC's final results regarding early parliamentary elections on October 6th, this institution made a decision to recount 1472 seats, which was then decided to recount with them only 1428, as it has been estimated that 44 seats must be removed from the recounting because they have been recounted during the previous recounting process.
