Today's 11-year-old Alvin Berisha, accompanied by Father Africa and his family, has started medical visits at the Lecco hospital.
A specialised team of doctors will examine the state of health of the young boy who was severely injured during an assassination in Syria where his mother Valbona, along with 2 children and her new partner, lost her life.
The Alvin bomb assassination was seriously injured on one leg and cured in the Syrian camps by a medical staff of humanitarian organisations. The wound on his feet has made it a real challenge for him to walk, and Italian doctors are considering specialized surgery.
RTV Ora is also in contact with Italian institutions from whose sources teach that Alvin Berisha is considering a special plan for caring for him and returning to school.
The Albanian baby, who has lived for about five years in Syria, is born in Italy, has a permanent permit in this country along with his father and sisters. His stay in Syria has caused him to forget Italian and speak Arabic.
During the first meeting Alvin had with his father in the vicinity of the Al Hol camp in September 2019, he said he missed his friends very much to return to school.
At the moment, the first priority for the Albanian baby is his physical and psychological health. A few days ago questioned by the author
