Avni Bytyqi's shocking story, his bride killed and burned his son and was sentenced to only 20 years in prison

Resmija, Abedin's wife, has been sentenced to 20 years in prison, Murat Ademi as a 25-year-old handsman, while Fadil Fettiu has been sentenced to 12 years in prison, and Reshat Ademi has been released.

With this ruling by the Prizren Constitutional Court, the father of victim Avdi Bytyqi, who is demanding that all the aforementioned persons be sentenced to life in prison.

Under Prizren's Constitutional Court Act, the murder of Abednego Bytyqi has been postponed by his wife, Resmija. The bias is said to have been hit with strong means of causing serious bodily injury and then cruel and barbarous injury with the intent of causing great physical and psychic pain, the victim has been set on fire, causing death pain and then being thrown into a pit and covered with soil.

Abednego's father, Avdi Bytyqi, says of Kosova Prees, that he is not at all satisfied with Prizren's Constitutional Court ruling, as according to him, all had to be sentenced to life in prison, for which they will also file complaints against this decision.

The “Crets are co-operative, they're all guilty, all of them have to take life in prison, not 20 years and 25 years, that the top 25 years, this 20 years, this 12 years, the one with all their collaborators released. I don't know, I wonder about this country, I've had the trust in the state, and if at my first hearing I've told you I want justice, you're a country, you know better than I do, I just want justice... we as equal parents, that everybody's approach, criminals, that I have that there is one, that I don't know anyone who knows me, I don't just say what the state says... we're always looking for condemned, forever condemned, and finally, that the way they are. Tomorrow you get out of prison, and the axes make sure they're used to it. And let my son act more calmly and no longer commit injustice after this event, he says.

Avdiu says his cloud that postponed the killing of the boy had to be sentenced to life imprisonment. He says Resmija is the main one who has pushed her uncle's boys to kill and burn her son.

With 20 years' time, Resmine has been convicted, the main one, is this one. This has fired, I only pay you off, when he found his son in the wrong business that he never had anything to do with his wife. He himself made a statement that I and my husband never had a problem with, and there was no problem, nor did we even investigate that there was anything. If he makes fun of them even when the boy's been investigating, let's get rid of him”, he says.

Abbedin's father is not even in agreement with what Murat Ademi, who is accused of being in charge of having been sentenced to 25 years in prison. Avdi Bytyqi says that for the murder he had done least he had to be sentenced to over 35 years in prison.

It took 35 years to convict. His brother was supposed to punish him for 30 years, and so were those with the Mqira for being sentenced to death for 35 years, or forever. I'm going to die. I've got it in this case”, he says.

Bytyqi also opposes the decision Fadil Fetiu has been sentenced to 12 years in prison, while Reshat Ademi has been released.

We are not satisfied with that decision, not a thread. The Bytyqi family lawyer, Blerim Mazrek for Kosova Prees, has indicated that after they accept the court's plea, they will file complaints against the decision at the Court of Appeals.

We have not accepted the court's judgment. Once we accept it, we will file a complaint”, he said in a written reply.

We remember that the murder of Abednego Bytyqi had occurred in October 2016 in the village of Pecan, Suhareka.

The Constitutional Prosecutor in Prizren accused Murat and Reshat Ademi that on October 6, 2016, after the preliminary agreement, they have cruelly deprived the late Abednego Bytyqi of life. Resmije Bytyqi accused him of pushing to commit the murder, while Fadil Fetiu accused him of not announcing the crime. According to the indictment, the Ademi brothers met during 2016 with the accused Resmije Bytyqi, whose daughter is an uncle, and she complained that her victim, her husband, was mistreating her by beating her. Then, according to the prosecution's body, she had asked them to kill her husband, saying that if they couldn't do the murder, she would hire someone else to do it.

The indictment says that accused Murat Ademi, driven by accused Bytytqi, has gone to the home of accused Fadil Fetiu, where the late man was working on electrical installations and at the threat of firearms has now kidnapped the deceased. On the other hand, the charge is said to have bound the victim and sent him to an unknown place where the other accused Reshat Ademi was awaiting him, and then he was struck with powerful means, causing serious bodily injury. Likewise, the accused after being beaten up by a victim, was killed by a fire and then buried.
