Apple engages the Valve for her AR device

DigiTimes reveals more details about the AR equipment, and based on its resources, Apple currently committed the Valve company to develop an AR helmet.

This is very interesting because it would not be the first time Valve has partnership with a company to develop this technology. A few years ago, the Valve and HTC held the HTC Vive VR helmet.

Also, this wouldn't be the first time Valve and Apple have cooperated. Two companies have previously worked to secure VR support for MacOS.

It remains unclear whether Apple will actually develop the AR helmet in relation to the Valve, especially if we remember that the company wants independence and tries to be as little dependent on other producers as possible, so, the controversial Apple AR device should be in reserve.
