American Democrats claim victory in Kentucky

A tight race for governor was held Tuesday in the US state of Kentucky. However, the Democrat candidate, Andy Beshear, declared the victory by minor advantage over the republican candidate and acting governor, Matt Bevin, who has not yet conceded defeat. The narrow confrontation in Kentucky, the best-known state for conservative attitudes, came after the Democrats took full control of the Virginia legislature. Both of these results are being assessed as a serious blow to President Donald Trump.
Beshear declared himself voters in Kentucky after securing 49.2 percent of the vote against 48.8 percent of the other candidate, Bevin. He said his outcome was the order that elections concerned the right against the wrong, not the right against the left. By the late hours of Tuesday, the democratic candidate was with about 5,000 votes in the upper hand.
However, the republican candidate said it is a very tight race and that it has not yet surrendered. “We want the process forwarded and it is still developing”, Matt Bevin said.
He was elected governor of this state in 2015 and had said that these elections are a referendum for President Trump. The president himself had attacked the democratic candidate, saying he is very liberal, very extreme and very dangerous.
During an election rally, the White House head before the crowd had declared: “If you lose, this sends a really bad message. You can't let this happen to me”.
In another post Tuesday evening, the president appeared to accept defeat, writing: “Matt Bevin grew by at least 15 percent in the past few days, but perhaps that was not enough (false news will blame me)”, writes “The Guardian”
