Although the causes of spontaneous abortion are not at all in the hand of mother and mother you know that, again in cases of loss, mothers blame themselves.
Unfortunately, Abortions They are common and touch about 10 to 25 percent of pregnant women. Most of them happen in the first quarter for reasons beyond your control, and in most cases, there is no way to prevent an abortion and nothing you could or should have done otherwise. Yet, a recent study has shown that women again blame themselves for the loss.
According to the survey, conducted by Ava, a digital health initiative aimed at advancing the reproductive health of women with artificial intelligence and clinical research, 66 per cent of respondents blamed themselves for their abortion. Abortions are often the result of chromosomeal anomalies, a fact that 81 to 95 percent of women surveyed in each age group knew. In spite of that, most women thought their loss was due to factors under their control, such as stress (59 per cent), intensive exercise (28 per cent) and the establishment of heavy objects (27 per cent). However, studies conducted by ACOG confirm that none of these are real factors when it comes to abortion.
According to Lindsey Meisel, editor - in - law at Ava, the main reason for such thinking has to do with a gap in the care offered to women when they have an abortion. When you're pregnant, everything's focused on the child you're waiting for, and all the attention is focused on it, but this care is just as necessary even if the sweet reception is”, says Meisel.
The survey, which included data from 3,440 women in the U.S., Canada and Europe, also found that 75 percent of women said they wanted to try again for a child immediately, but 49 percent said that the doctor had advised them to wait for a few cycles before trying to conceive CE even though major medical research shows that it is generally good for women to try again within their first cycle after an abortion.
Although women seem to know abortions are common and often are no one's fault, self-pity is still widespread.
Remember, if you are facing a loss, you are not alone and it is not your fault.
