Tanzilya Bisemeyeva, considered the oldest woman in Russia, has died at 123.
Russian news agencies have quoted Bisemeyeva's family and local officials on October 30th as saying she died last week and was buried on 26 October in her village, near the border between Russia and Kazakhstan.
Official documents say that Bisemeyeva, with Kazakh ethnicity, was born on March 14, 1896.
She had three sons, 10 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.
In 2016, Bisemeyeva was officially added to the Russian Book of World Records as the oldest person in the world.
But as the REL broadcasts, that claim has never been confirmed by international subjects.
