Vuciq after meeting with Erdogan: Turkey recognises Kosovo only because it has interest

At a joint conference on the presidency building, Serbia's President Aleksandar Vuciq, on behalf of the Turkish president, indicated why Turkey recognised Kosovo because it acted in accordance with its interests, while, he says, Serbia is not there to monitor the ducks or snobs”. Given that Turkey has recognised Kosovo as an independent state, and while Turkey's President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has said that any solution achieved will be acceptable to Ankara, does it mean that you understand better than before they are not good solutions if they get everything and nothing, a Turkish RTS journalist asked.
However, Serbia's president, and since he admitted to being a good host, he answered this question, saying Turkey was acting in accordance with its interests, and that Serbia would not be “holding ducks or taunas” in Turkey.
Our interests on this issue are still different, but thank you for accepting it, and this is a big step forward, that any possible solution we could find with Albanians would be acceptable to Turkey. And that's what I needed, not to be angry, and as a good host I have to say, and for us Serbs only one thing is not good, unless we show ourselves as a good host, which doesn't mean we should be kind to anyone, but to care, not to offend guests “.
In his response to this question, Erdogan only briefly stated that his “sok gave the most appropriate reply”.
Serbia's president also commented on the writing of the Jutarnji Croatian List that, because of yesterday's elections in Kosovo, it is the only “that rubs hands”. He denied the accusations, saying that “ai would rub hands only if a compromise solution with Albanians” is reached.
“But unfortunately we are away from this and have talked with President Erdogan for a long time,” Vuciq noted.
He says that with the convincing victory of the Serbian List yesterday, Serbs in Kosovo and Montenegro gained legitimacy for the negotiation process and that the formation of the government in Pristina is now pending.
On the other hand, Serbia will discuss and negotiate with those elected in Pristina and “there is no problem”.
