Dynamic life has caused us to eat foods that are light and fast in preparation. Pizza, toastes, hamburgers, souples are foods we have on the menu almost every day.
But they are harmful to health if they are often consumed.
1 -Short food you fat
Health studies show that fast food consumption is closely linked to weight gain. It also increases the risk of blood sugar. That's because I put insulin in the body.
2 - Fast Food makes you addicted.
The more you eat fast-food, the more you'll be looking for bodies. If you consume it often, you will want as much of that food as possible.
3- Causes child obesity
Studies suggest that obesity in children and teenagers has increased in the last 30 years. Marketing fast food has a tremendous effect on children. They tend to consume fast - food because they appear to be delicious items in advertising and enjoy consuming them.
