Suhareka municipality holds yet another tender for Bali Muharremaj director's brother

The Suhareka municipality has contracted another contract with the family company of management director in the Suhareka municipality, Driton Maliqaj.

The company “Am Group”, owned by Abedin Maliqaj, brother of management director, has been awarded contract for tender “Construction of the Semetish Street - Pechan”. The total value of the contract is 26.707,60 euros.

Three companies, who receive tenders in Suhareka, have competed for the tender.

Company “Seferi-Co” has had the most expensive offer, or 28 thousand 619 euros, while the group of operators “Burim J. Krasniqi B. I” & “Erst Bau”, has had the cheaper bid of 24 thousand and 155 euros.

But this group of companies has been declared irresponsible by municipal procurement, arguing that they have failed to meet some procurement requirements that have been requested in the tender file, even though these companies are even municipal contractors, one of them most frequent.

Meanwhile, about a month ago, the Suhareka municipality had rewarded the company with another tender “AM Group” The contract is called “The construction of Lapidari for the victims of 1912-1945 I mean, Lapidari Samadridge”, which is worth 28.650,00 euros.

Meanwhile, a few days ago, N.P.N. Company “HIDROTERM” whose owner is the son of Blerim Kuci, 24-year-old Genc Kuci, has won the 1.7m-euro tender for construction of the Suhareka Square. Blerim Kuci, the AAK deputy chairman, is now in the race for deputy again.

The municipal opposition in Suhareka has reacted to these tenders, viewing them as politics.
