Shyhrete Tahiri-Syleman, victim of sexual violence hands over criminal gossip to Special Prosecution

With the support of the CRC, the survivor of sexual violence Shyhrete Tahiri Sylejmani handed over criminal outcry to the Special Prosecutor of Kosovo.

The victim spoke publicly to the media, until he sought justice for him and all survivors of sexual violence during the recent war in Kosovo.

Although he was betrayed by his voice, Shyhreta was strengthened to speak a few words, appealing to all victims of this torture to raise her voice and join her.

“I'm here today to share my pain in my soul. I represent the nanas, the brothers, and the daughters, who have that pain like me and give them courage and those like me today, which is not easy at all, to share the pain of the heart that breaks. I'm begging for my justice and thank you for supporting”, she said.

In contrast, one of the voices giving voice to the silence, namely, sexual violence, was Vasfije Krasniqi '% Goodman, who also became heroin, synonymous with the hope of other survivors, but also the strongest evidence of the terror that the Serb conqueror exercised in Kosovo citizens.
