The best body hydration drink? Science says it is not water! ! When you're thirsty and you love a drink, most people immediately think about hydration.

But according to a University of St. Andrews in Scotland, it's not the water that will hydrate you the most.

Comparing the body's response to certain beverages, researchers concluded that while water, both simple and gased, does a very good job in this regard, cannot be considered the absolute champion.

In fact, the number one in this regard results in drinks that have little sugar, fats, or protein because the hydration they make lasts longer.

Be careful, though, because it's not about sugary drinks like fruit juices or refreshings here, but it's just about their <x0-body” that sweeties have very small doses.
