Some of the royal families have reported the net worth of numbers in billions.

Here are some of the highest net worth royal families in Europe, where state-made additions are also valued in addition to personal wealth.

10. King Philippe, Belgium

Little information is available about King Philippe, but in 2013 the monarchy was supposed to be worth approximately $14 million.

Belgium's Civil List covers all expenses made directly by the King Philippe, designated at around $11,830 in 2013, and additional support services are also financed by the government. Belgium's Royal Owners are owned by the State or Royal Trust, an independent and autonomous public institution. Trust property can never be sold.

9. King Felipe V I, Spain

It's worth 20 million dollars. The king of Spain reportedly cut his wages by 20% to $27,447 in 2015. The family has eight royal palaces, five royal residences, and ten monasteries. In 2015, their royal lifestyle cost Spain $8.9 million.

8. King Harald V, Norway

There's a net worth 30 million dollars. King Harald V does not pay taxes for his wealth and has spent some of the assets mentioned by buying a royal yacht. Norwegeese Royality reportedly costs the state $72 million a year. In 2017 the Norwegian government allocated approximately $32,214,394 to the royal house and $114,88,900 for the King and Queen for personal expenses.

7. Queen Margrethe II, Denmark

Its net value is $40 million. Margrethe II has ruled Denmark since 1972. The Danish Civil List gives the royal family $12.8m a year, which covers Queen's activities, royal family expenses and private expenses.

6. King Carl XVI Gustaf, Sweden

His net value is $70 million. King Carl XVI Gustaf received $7.6m in funds for official duties in 2015, and the Palace Administration received nearly $7.4m from the state in the same year. The net value of the royal family includes private ownership of the Soliden Palace, a summer house in the Baltic.

5. Queen Beatrice, Holland

There's a net value of $200 million. Queen Beatrice surrendered the throne in 2013, but this does not prevent him from remaining the most prominent figure in the Dutch kingdom. The current King of the Netherlands, Willem-Alexander, was granted a $47 million budget covering official visits and tours abroad. He also has a personal asset consisting of real estate, investment and shares in Shell Oil.

4. Queen Elizabeth II, England

The net value of the British royal family totals up to $600m and consists of properties, art and investments. Most of the net value comes from The Crown Estate, which includes the Buckingham Palace and the crown jewels. While this belongs to the British state and not to the queen, she owns her settlements in the Balmoral Fortress and the Sandringham Palace.

By 2016-2017, the Sovereign Grant, estimated to be a percentage of the crown riches, was approximately $57,931,768. The queen received about 20,167, $385 made from sources of property rent.

3. Prince Albert II, Monaco

The net value is $1 billion. Prince Albert II of Monaco reportedly owns about a quarter of the land over which he reigns, home in his mother's Philadelphia area, Grace Kelly, which he bought in 2016 for about $74,000, an antique car collection, shares in the Monte Carlo Societe des Bains de Mer resort, and a collection of expensive stamps, all contribute to the net value of the Royal House. Monaco spent 52,788,294 dollars on workshops in 2015.

2. Prince Hans Adam II, Liechtenstein

It's worth $3.5 billion. Prince Hans Adam II receives an additional waste of unscathed land with $270,709 instead of wages. The amount of expenses may seem to be a small sum compared with other kings, but Liechtenstein's Princely House reportedly catches the value of $3.5 billion in large amounts because of the private bank, LGT Group, and investments made through the Prince of Liechtenstein Foundation, which oversees real estate, forests and wines.

1. Great Duke Henry, Luxembourg

Net value amounts to 4 billion dollars. Luxembourg's Great Family does not get a salary, but has been given about $324,851 annually since 1948 to perform functions.

The 2017 budget also allows 12,181,914 dollars for the cost of the Grand Duke family. Property, management, control and income of the Grand Duke House's private wealth assets belong exclusively to the crown keeper. The family reportedly has a $4 billion fortune.
